Our Intro to CPR & First Aid class is a fun, interactive program designed to teach children essential life-saving skills in a safe and supportive environment. This class introduces kids to the basics of CPR and first aid using hands on activities, engaging class discussion, and real life scenarios.
What Kids Will Learn:
How to recognize an emergency and stay calm
When and how to call 911 or get an adult
Basic CPR awareness and hands-on practice (age appropriate)
How to help someone who is choking
Simple first aid for multiple ailments (including allergic reactions, bites and stings, bleeding control etc.)
Personal safety and helping without putting themselves at risk

This class is best suited for children 5-10 years old although older children can take it as well.
